| How will I know if our team has been accepted? We will confirm your team's acceptance by email within one week after the close of entries. |
| When will schedules be posted? Schedules of play will be posted on this web site no later than 3 weeks prior to tournament weekend. |
| Our coach leads more than one team that is coming to the tournament. Will you make scheduling accommodations so that he can coach each team? We will make every effort to accommodate these sorts of requests. However teams MUST make alternate coaching provisions in case the request can not be honored. |

| Why do some tournaments discount their entry fee...but the Elite does not? We believe that each tournament truly knows the value of their product. Tournaments that discount their entry fees are typically trying to boost sagging attendance at the product that its consumers have already voted on with their wallets. |
| Does your tournament accept "trapped" players? No. Ohio South guidelines require us to accept only those players whose birthdates fall within the designated ranges. |
| The application form does not look right on my screen (overlapping drop down boxes, long rows over the input fields, etc.) What is going on? First, you should let the ENTIRE form load BEFORE you scroll. It is a big form. In short, your computer does not have enough memory (RAM) available to render the form correctly. Here is the solution that will work in most cases: 1. Clear the cache (temporary files) in Internet Explorer (Usually Tools>Internet Options>Remove Temporary files 2. Shut down Internet Explorer 3. Restart the computer 4. Open JUST MS Internet Explorer. 5. Go to Web site, fill out form. In most cases, this will solve the problem.... |
| Where are your fields located? We utilize the Posey-Hartman/Arsenal Training Complex and the Lebanon Soccer Complex. Both sites are within 1/4 miles of each other on Route 42, just south of Lebanon, Ohio. |

| Registration |
| Where and when is registration held? Registration will held at the headquarters tent at the site of your first Saturday morning contest. Please register your team A MINIMUM of one hour prior to your first game. |
